Contracts

We offer clients several convenient ways to engage our services. We are available through our GSA schedule corporate contract, which includes a wide range of management and engineering services and the SeaPort Enhanced Multiple Award Contract for a full range of professional services in support of Navy programs. We also have indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contracts with various government agencies. Many of these ID/IQ or task order contracts are available for use by multiple agencies.

GSA Schedule Contract

We are available through our GSA Consolidated Schedule contracts, which cover services from two functionally-oriented GSA schedules. Please click one of the following areas of interest for a discussion of the specific services we offer and our complete price lists:

• Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS)
• Professional Engineering Services (PES)

Management Services (MOBIS)

We are qualified through our GSA schedule contract to offer clients a full range of practical solutions to mission oriented business integrated services problems across the spectrum of public-sector functional areas. We offer management services and products under GSA schedule contract Special Item Number 874-1. We offer a comprehensive set of consulting services: leadership, strategic planning, customer and market focus, information and analysis, human resources development, process management, and business results.

Engineering Services (PES)

We are qualified through our GSA schedule contract to offer clients a broad range of engineering solutions. We offer the following engineering services under the following GSA PES schedule contract special item numbers:

• Strategic Planning for Technology Programs and Activities (SIN 871-1). We offer a wide range of strategic planning services such as defining engineering performance requirements, advising on integrating automatic identification technologies with defense programs, and analyzing the economic impact of computerized system controls on industrial activities.
• Concept Development and Requirements Analysis (SIN 871-2). We offer such services as concept studies, requirements definition, and evaluation of alternative technical approaches for systems or projects.
• System Design, Engineering, and Integration (SIN 871-3). We offer a comprehensive set of services such as translating system concepts into preliminary designs, performing risk mitigation and benefit analysis of security techniques for protecting the integrity of electronic signatures, and determining constraints on the development of electronic reporting gateways.
• Integrated Logistics Support (SIN 871-5). We offer a full range of integrated logistics support (ILS), including analyzing integrated logistics requirements, developing ILS plans, and reviewing and developing logistics policies and standards.
• Acquisition and Life-Cycle Management (SIN 871-6). We offer such services as developing acquisition strategies, evaluating strategies for technology insertion, formulating systems support strategies, and developing test and evaluation plans.

SeaPort Enhanced Multiple Award Contract (MAC)

The Herren Associates Integrated Team is fully qualified to provide the engineering, technical, and programmatic services the Naval Warfare Centers require to support Seapower 21 objectives. We are committed to support the Navy's broadened vision of providing fully integrated operations while increasing efficiency. As a leading small business provider of technical services to NAVSEA, we are highly experienced in providing affordable, high-quality, and result-oriented systems engineering, configuration management, and program support.

Other Contract Vehicles

In addition to our GSA schedule contract and Navy SeaPort Enhanced Multiple Award Contract, government agencies and other authorized users can employ other contract vehicles to purchase our services.
