Cost Engineering & Proposal Evaluation

We go beyond simply collecting data and projecting costs; our experienced consultants work with their clients to identify major cost drivers and develop the right processes to reduce Total Ownership Cost. Our cost estimates and budgetary proposals are performed with insights into the many programmatic and technical factors that drive the requirements. When evaluating System Integrator proposals, our consultants often visit the contractor site and utilize their Industrial Engineering skills to identify potential waste and inefficiencies that would otherwise result in higher program costs. We create dynamic risk adjusted cost models for our clients utilizing multiple software platforms including Microsoft Excel, ACEIT, and SEER.
